New Patients
Thank you for contacting Transcendent Psychiatry.
All prospective new patients will be asked to complete a questionnaire, which can be found at the bottom of this page: it provides an opportunity to learn more about you and to see if Transcendent Psychiatry can assist with your treatment goals. This form is encrypted and compliant with HIPAA to ensure patient privacy.
Insurance:
- At this time, Transcendent Psychiatry is in-network with 1) Cigna and 2) Blue Cross Blue Shield, including CareFirst and the Federal Employee Program (FEP)
- Transcendent Psychiatry is not currently accepting patients with Medicare and/or Medicaid
- Lastly, for all other commercial insurance plans, Transcendent Psychiatry is considered out-of-network. Self-pay rates for out-of-network patients are $575 for a 75-minute initial evaluation/consultation and $250 for a 25-minute follow-up appointment. The frequency of follow-up visits range from every 2 weeks to every 3 months.
